Terms of Service

TriAxis360 is a software-as-a-service platform that helps healthcare entities, doctors, pharmacies, and patients manage appointments, clinical records, prescriptions, billing, inventory, and related workflows. The Platform is a workflow and record-keeping tool; it does not provide medical advice and does not practise medicine.

Any decision-support, triage, summarisation, or AI-assisted feature is provided for informational purposes. It supports, but never replaces, the professional judgement of a licensed clinician. Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and patient care. The Platform is not a medical device and must not be relied upon for emergency care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Healthcare providers represent that they hold, and will maintain, all licences, registrations, and authorisations required to deliver care in their jurisdiction. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Access data you are not authorised to access, or use the Platform to violate the privacy or rights of any person;
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or malicious code;
• Attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the Platform's security, access controls, or tenant isolation;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Platform to build a competing product; or
• Use the Platform in a manner that violates applicable healthcare, data-protection, or other laws.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. With respect to patient and clinical data, the entity or provider acts as the data controller/fiduciary and TriAxis360 acts as a processor on your behalf, handling data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any patient consents required to collect and process such data through the Platform.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, renew automatically until cancelled. Promotional offers, including any launch "first month free" waitlist offer, apply as described at the time of sign-up, are limited to the stated period, and may be modified or withdrawn for future customers. Taxes are added where applicable. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Payments are processed by third-party gateways (such as Razorpay and Stripe); your use of those services is subject to their terms. TriAxis360 does not store full card numbers. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

We work to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may perform maintenance, update features, or discontinue parts of the service. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in line with our retention practices and applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, TriAxis360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the Platform in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the seat of TriAxis360 will have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
