Built for how Indian healthcare actually runs
Indian clinics run lean: one owner often manages several branches, one doctor often practises at more than one location, and reception, pharmacy, and billing all have to move in sync during a single visit. Most software wasn't built for that reality.
We're building TriAxis360 as the operating layer for that reality: a command centre for clinic chains, an AI assistant that clears doctors' admin work without ever making clinical decisions for them, and one operational loop that connects booking to billing without re-entering data anywhere.
We're a small team in early access right now, building alongside the first clinics and doctors who join us, and refining the product with their feedback before we open up more broadly.

Chains need a command centre, not just software
Running four branches shouldn't mean four separate systems and no view of the whole. HQ needs one place to see everything and know where to step in.
AI should remove admin work, not replace doctors
Every AI output on TriAxis360 is a draft or a flag. The doctor reviews and approves everything, always. We build assistive AI, not autonomous AI.
Data shouldn't be re-entered, ever
Booking, consultation, prescription, pharmacy, and billing are one loop. If a patient or their prescription already exists in the system, no one should have to type it in again.
